Omkar @ Onkar @ Avinash @ Avi Vishnu Lakde And Another v. The State Of Maharashtra And Another
2024:BHC-AUG:14697 950-BA-1081-24.odt
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
BENCH AT AURANGABAD BAIL APPLICATION NO. 1081 OF 2024 OMKAR @ ONKAR @ AVINASH @ AVI VISHNU LAKDE AND ANOTHER
VERSUS
THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA AND ANOTHER ...
Advocate for Applicants : Mr. Sudarshan J. Salunke APP for Respondents : Mr. S. R. Wakale ...
CORAM : S. G. MEHARE, J.
DATE : 16-07-2024 PER COURT :- 1.
Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the respondents.
2.
By this successive bail application, the applicants seek bail in C.R.No.0232 of 2023 registered with Police Station Beed (Rural), District Beed, for the offences punishable under Section 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian penal Code.
3.
The first requirement for successive bail is substantive change in the circumstances. The learned counsel for the applicants tried to convince the Court that entire material was not brought to the notice of the Court. Obviously, this is not change in the circumstance. This may be a blame game. After having gone through the papers, the Court is not satisfied that there is a substantial change in the circumstances.
4.
Hence, the application stands dismissed.
