Heard Mr Yeramwar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

In response to the notice of this Court, learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader submitted before this Court that on instructions received through the Deputy Director and Member Secretary of Scheduled Tribes Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nandurbar that due to large number of pendency of the claims and certain validation matters received by the Committee for decision afresh or matters remitted for a fresh decision, the exercise of decision in the claim of present petitioner within stipulated period as directed by this Court, could not be taken. It is then submitted that to consider the cases of the students, who are desirous to seek admission for the professional courses in the year 2019-2020, a special drive is initiated. 3.

It is then submitted before us that the claim of the petitioner would be decided as early as possible and not later than one month from today. It is also not in dispute that the petitioner appeared before the Committee as per the directions of this Court and submitted the relevant documents before the Committee and such a statement made

(3) on behalf of the Deputy Director and the Member Secretary of the Committee that the Committee would decide the claim of the petitioner within one month from today, is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.
