Mr. Gunale, the learned counsel states that the application is filed seeking leave to amend the petition. Some additional facts are to be brought on record. We have heard learned AGP. 2.

Writ petition is not yet admitted. Even otherwise the respondents would have every right to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment. In the light of that, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Necessary amendment be carried out. Civil application is disposed of.
