Learned counsel for the applicant-acquiring body submits that by order dated 07.02.2020, this Court (Coram : vre/-

50-CA-6776-2020+.odt K. K. Sonawane, J.) has stayed the execution and implementation of the impugned Award subject to condition of depositing the entire decreetal amount with accrued interest within a period of six weeks. Learned counsel submits that the cheque of the entire compensation amount, including the accrued interest, is ready and the applicantacquiring body may be permitted to deposit the same within one week by extending time.

In view of the above submissions and since the cheque for the entire compensation amount as per the impugned Award is ready, the Civil Applications are allowed and the applicant is permitted to deposit the amount as directed by this Court in the said order within one week. Office to accept the same.
