PER COURT :- The petitioner claims to belong to Mannervarlu, Scheduled Tribe (ST) and a proposal in respect of validation of the caste certificate issued in his favour is pending consideration before respondent No.3 committee. The petitioner has already been admitted to the technical course in the respondent No.2 college.

In the peculiar facts of the case, this petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent No.3 to take decision on the tribe certificate validation proposal in respect of the petitioner, pending with the committee i.e. Respondent No.3, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from today and it is accordingly directed. In the meanwhile, respondent No.2 shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner, on the ground of invalidation of his caste claim.

Writ petition is disposed of.
