The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has recently opted for voluntary retirement. He, therefore desires to amend the petition so as to raise the claim for retiral benefits. The learned Advocate for the respondents oppose the application.

It is obvious that a service dispute is involved in the matter and the issue of retiral benefits of the petitioner would crop up. Hence, the application is
