This application is filed by the petitioners seeking amendment in criminal writ petition No.516 of 2017 so as to add paragraph No.12-A and prayer clauses "BB" and "CC". Since the petition is at initial stage there is no any impediment to allow the application seeking amendment. Accordingly application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) and same stands disposed of. 2.
