Heard learned advocate appearing for the applicants. 2.

The applicants seek to condone the delay 360 days caused in filing the appeal against the award passed by the Reference Court. The applicant is seeking enhancement of the compensation and explained the delay in paragraph nos.3 to 5 of the application. 3.

The reasons as stated in the application are not controverted by the respondents.

In that view of the matter, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. Hence, delay of 360 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Civil Application stands disposed off. 5.

Appeal be registered subject to removal of the office objections.
