Limited grievance raised in this petition is that though the petitioner has filed application on 29.07.2015 with the office of respondent No.5, respondent No.3 has not taken any decision on the said application. In case, such application is pending and yet no decision is taken, respondent Nos.3 to 5 to take decision on said pending application as expeditiously as possible, however, within twelve weeks from today. Needless to observe that the decision taken be communicated to the petitioner. We have not expressed any opinion on the
