Heard the learned counsel for Applicant and the learned counsel for Respondent / Insurer.

Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal and the fact that the breadwinner of the family met with and accidental death and initially though the claim petition was dismissed, after remand, the Tribunal has awarded the compensation, the Applicants herein are permitted to withdraw the compensation amount to the extent of 50% out of the amount deposited before this Court on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
