DATE : 09th AUGUST, 2021 PER COURT :- Mr. Advant, learned counsel for applicant-petitioner submits that, the writ petition is filed challenging the demand notices and the provisions of the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act. Learned counsel submits that after filing the writ petition, petitioner has realized that some facts are remained to be pleaded in the petition. Now, the same are required to be brought on record and pleaded in the memo of petition.

Mr. Gore, learned counsel for the non-applicants opposes the application and submits that in that event the applicant-petitioner has fresh cause of action.

The writ petition is yet not admitted. The non-applicants will have every opportunity to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by amendment.

For the reasons stated in the application, civil application for amendment is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The amendment shall be made within fourteen days from today. The civil application is disposed of.
