By consent of learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.P., following order is passed :- 2.

As per order dated 14.06.2012, respondent No.3 was directed to assess the compensation payable to the petitioner, if any. The petitioner's grievance is that respondent No.3 is not taking up the case even though he was approached. We now direct respondent No.3 to assess and decide the amount of compensation, if any, to be payable to the petitioner within three weeks from today. We have not examined merits of the case. The concerned authority to decide the matter on its own merits.
