The learned Counsel for respondents No.2 and 3, on instructions, submits that the respondents have prepared chart and the amount will be disbursed in three installments by handing over the cheques to the petitioner through his advocate.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is difference of Rs.10,000/- in the amount

446.15CP calculated and so as to claim the said amount, he will once again approach the Education Officer.

We make it clear that the Education Officer shall not unnecessarily widen the scope of the inquiry as ordered by the Court since respondent Nos.2 and 3 have agreed to pay the balance amount of Rs.2,97,644/- by way of giving three cheques to the petitioner through his advocate.

Nothing further survives for consideration in this contempt petition.

The contempt petition stands disposed of.

Consequently, the civil application stands disposed of.
