2] This is an application for seeking permission to deposit Tax in the Registry of this Court in pursuance of Order dated 26.11.2021.

3] The learned counsel for applicant submitted that, though the Demand Draft for necessary amount was drawn within the period of limitation however it could not be deposited, as the concerned Officer could not attend the Court

{2} CA 7260.22.odt for medical reasons. That, as the period to deposit the said amount has lapsed, the Registry did not accept the Demand Draft.

4] In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

5] Applicant is permitted to deposit the said demand draft in the Registry of this Court on or before 4th March, 2022. [S.G. MEHARE] [A.S. GADKARI] JUDGE JUDGE.
