The petitioner has put forth prayer Clause 'B' as under :- (B) By an appropriate writ, direction or order, to the respondent no.2 Superintendent of Land Records, Jalna Dist. Jalna and 1, 3, 4 may kindly be directed to corrects the books of land records in Survey No.63/1/2 and decide the matters in favour of the petitioners within appropriate reasonable time, for that purpose this Hon'ble Court may pass appropriate orders and directions.

The learned AGP submits that the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Ambad, has forwarded a report dated 18/01/2022 to the District Superintendent of Land Records, Jalna. After receiving

WP 7767-2022 such report, the District Superintendent of Land Records has forwarded the said report to the Deputy Director, Land Records, Aurangabad, Region Aurangabad. The same is pending with the said authority, which is respondent No.1 in this petition. He submits that action as advised by the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Ambad, would be initiated by following the due procedure laid down in law and the exercise would be completed within sixty (60) days. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We direct that respondent No.1 shall follow the due procedure laid down in law and shall complete the exercise as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 30/09/2022.
