1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondents.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant requested for staying the order passed by the Commissioner for Employee'

s Compensation and Civil Judge Senior Division,

9717.17CA Osmanabad in WCA No.25 of 2011. The learned counsel for the applicant further submits that as per the said order, the applicant has deposited the amount before the trial Court, hence, requested to allow the present application. 3] The learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 3 and 5 submitted that the amount has been deposited before the trial Court.

4] As the compensation amount is deposited before the trial Court, hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B. The effect of the judgment and order in WCA No.25 of 2011 is stayed till the decision and final adjudication of the First Appeal.

5] List Civil Application No.9716 of 2017 on 4th August, 2022.
