This application is for withdrawal of compensation amount deposited by the respondent in this Court as per the directions of this Court.

It is pointed out that already substantial amount is withdrawn by the applicant. All parties have been served and the matter is ready for final hearing after receipt of Record and Proceeding. Therefore, instead of granting further withdrawal of compensation amount, it is desirable to hear the appeal finally after receipt of record and proceeding.
