Heard the learned counsel for the applicant the the learned A.G.P. for the State.

The Court has specifically directed the applicant to serve respondents No.6 and 7. The applicant was not seen diligent. On two occasions, an opportunity was granted to serve the unserved respondents, however, the applicant failed. As per the Court's order, the matter was dismissed without further reference to this Court.

To protect the interest of the applicant, we are of the opinion that a lenient view needs to be taken.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready to deposit Rs.5,000/- (Rs. Five Thousand) with the Registrar (Administration), for the purpose of Government Dispensary situated in the High Court premises, within two weeks from today.

In view of the above statement, the civil application is allowed.

The delay caused in preferring present application stands condoned.

7.

The writ petition be restored to its original position, with a rider that the petitioner should comply with the earlier order. 8.

After complying with the above, issue notice to respondents No.6 and 7, returnable on 26.02.2025.

9.

The amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rs. Five Thousands) be deposited within two weeks from today, with the Registrar (Administration), for the purpose of Government Dispensary situated in the High Court premises.
