Original claimants have filed present application for condonation of delay of 725 days in preferring First Appeal. They want to challenge the Judgment and Award passed in L.A.R. The application has been strongly opposed by the respondents on the ground that delay of each and every day has not been explained, however, taking into consideration the reasons mentioned in para
