1] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court, by order dated 26th April, 2022, has ordered that the applicant to deposit 50% amount out of the award amount before this Court and granted stay to the impugned order. The applicant could not deposit the said amount within stipulated period due to family function in the house of the applicant. Today, the applicant is ready with demand draft of 50% amount of award as per the order of this Court, hence, requested to permit the applicant to deposit 50% amount of award and continue ad-interim stay.

10134.22CA 2] Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant, the applicant is permitted to deposit 50% amount of award as per the order of this Court within one week from today and ad-interim stay granted earlier is continued till next date.
