Heard Mr Arvind Kakade, learned Counsel holding for Mr Thoke, learned Counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on a written communication received by him from the petitioner, prays for withdrawal of the petition and submitted that the petition was filed challenging the order passed by the Scrutiny Committee and during the pendency of the petition, the District Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Jalgaon granted validity certificate in favour of the petitioner and such, he be permitted to withdraw the petition.

In view of above, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn and same is disposed of accordingly.
