Issue notice to the respondents. Learned advocate Mr. Sakolkar waives notice for respondent Nos.1, 2A to 2C, 3 and 4. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent No.5.

Present application has been filed by original claimant No.3 who wants to get himself added as appellant. He was the claimant before the reference Court. However, it is stated that since he was not available for signing the appeal memo, he made as respondent. His interest with the appellant is the same.

Learned Advocate appearing for appellant No.1, 2A to 2C, 3 and 4 has no objection. Under such circumstance, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
