Petitioners are aspiring to get the transfer posting of their choice as per the government resolution on the premise that they have been serving in PESA / tribal area of zilla parishad. 3.

Learned advocate for the respondents no. 3 and 4, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's grievance is being considered by the authorities and an appropriate decision would be taken within four weeks.
