Heard learned Advocates for the petitioners and respondent no.2. Learned Advocate for respondent No.2 has filed affidavit-inreply of Mr. Shailesh More, Chief Accountant & Finance Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar and along with that, he has filed documents. 2.

It appears that present petition was filed for non-compliance of order dated 11.09.2023 in Writ Petition No. 10972 of 2023 passed by this Court which was in respect of pension papers. Statement was then made on behalf of respondent nos.2 to 5/Zilla Parishad that appropriate steps would be taken in accordance with law to initiate the purpose of demarcating the shares of all the parties from the accumulated amount of provident fund and gratuity. The Writ Petition was disposed of with direction to complete the exercise within a period of 60 days from the date of that order i.e. 11.09.2023. 3.

Though it appears that the step is taken late, but now, on 02.08.2024 an order is passed which is now annexed with the reply

-3and which is in respect of distribution of the amount of gratuity and also the family pension.

In view of the fact that the said order is passed, we take the order of this Court has been complied with and therefore we dispose of the Contempt Petition.

In view of compliance, and notice was issued in format, the said notice is recalled.
