It is pointed out that this Court passed order in CA No. 9100 of 2023 with CA No. 8330 of 2023 on 15.07.2024. Though the Civil Application No. 8330 of 2023 was de-tagged, this number is typed in the said common order. Therefore, order dated 15.07.2024 be corrected and be shown as passed in CA No. 9100 of 2023 only with appropriate corrections in the body and operative portion of the order.

The word "applications" be replaced by the word "application".
