Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants. Since the Court fee was not paid within the given time, the learned Registrar vide order passed on 10th January 2017 has dismissed the Appeals on Stamp number. The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that applicants undertake to pay the court fee within four weeks. In view of the undertaking so given, the order passed by the learned Registrar on 10th January 2017 is set aside. The Appeals on Stamp number shall stand restored. It is clarified that if amount of Court fee is not paid within four weeks, the order passed by the Registrar on 10th January 2017 shall automatically stand revived after four weeks.
