Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondents/State.

The applicant is seeking bail in Crime no. 849 /2022 registered with M.I.D.C. Police Station, Jalgaon for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504 of Indian Penal Code 1860. 3.

Similarly situated co-accused have been released on bail by this Court. Hence the applicant deserves parity. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

942 BA-1030-23.odt (ii) Applicant Nayan @ Uday Avinash Yevle be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs. 50,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with the above crime on the following conditions :- (a) He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (b) The applicant shall not enter M.I.D.C Jalgaon area till conclusion of the trial.
