The petitioner's proposal is pending for verification of her tribe certificate.

In the light of her score in MHT-CET (PCM Group) 2024, she is in urgent need of some decision to secure her decision. 4.

Considering the genealogy, petitioner's first degree cousin Tushar possesses a certificate of validity. The petitioner is ready to adopt the stand taken by Tushar while responding to the vigilance report conducted in his matter.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the Committee to

The Committee may consider the petitioner's request of adopting the reply of Tushar in response to the vigilance inquiry conducted in his matter and may also consider granting conditional validity to the petitioner.
