All these petitioners are identically placed. All of them are equipped with Revenue Recovery Certificates (RRCs) for recovering the payment of their unpaid amounts. The competent Courts under the Payment of Gratuity Act have quantified the gratuity amounts. In some matters, the claims are towards outstanding dues which are sought to be recovered under Section 33 (C) (2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. The common factor is that all these petitioners have their RRCs and the District Collector has directed the Tahsildar, Rahuri to get the RRCs executed against their employer. Needless to state, in such matters, there is no reason to issue notice to the employer since the
WP 7715, 7718, 7724, 7781, 7796, 7798-2022 employer is of a formal party and such petitions do not constitute an adjudicatory process on any issue.

The learned AGP representing respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 submits that the Tahsildar, Rahuri would get the RRCs executed within 60 days. 3.
In view of the above, these petitions are disposed off. 4.
The Tahsildar, Rahuri, shall get the RRCs executed on or before 30/09/2022. We make it clear that we would not grant any extension of time considering the fact that the RRCs have been issued in 2015 and despite several representations of the petitioners, they have been made to suffer the rigorous of litigation.
