It is a matter of reimbursement of the tuition fees and other expenses.

As recorded in the order dated 05-03-2024 out of total amount of Rs.19,12,500/-, the petitioner was admittedly reimbursed amount of Rs.17 lakhs and odd.

For the remainder, learned AGP tenders across the bar the order of the Social justice and Special Assistant department dated 07-03-2024 directing reimbursement to the tune of Rs.2,23,127/ and expressly directing it to be credited in the petitioner's account by ECS.

In the light of above, the contempt proceeding is closed.

In case, the amount is not credited in the account of petitioner, it would be open for him to seek restoration of the matter.
