Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP.

The petitioner is seeking compassionate appointment. In the normal course we would not have entertained this writ petition in view of availability alternate remedy and Forum, but for a widow awaiting appointment on compassionate ground having an infant child from the deceased.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents to consider petitioner's request as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within a period of four weeks.
