Mr. Pawar, learned advocate submits that the school run by the petitioner is accredited with 'A' grade with 77 marks. It is at the border of Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. Special grants are also given for such schools which are at the border of the State. The learned Advocate submits that the petitioner is entitled for grant in aid. Proposal is already given for grant in aid. Respondent no.2 has recommended said proposal to the respondent no.1, however, respondent no.1 has not taken any decision upon it as yet. 2] Notice. The learned AGP accepts notice for both respondents and submits that respondent no.1 would take decision upon it on its

3] In case the proposal seeking grant in aid to the petitioner institution is pending with respondent no.1, then respondent no.1 shall take decision upon it on its own merits and in accordance with law and policy expeditiously preferably within 6 months. 4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
