The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed on compassionate ground by respondent no. 3. The proposal forwarded seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with respondent no. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no. 1 and 2, and submits that if the proposal is pending, the authority would decide it on its own merits.

In case the proposal is forwarded by respondent no. 3 to respondent no. 2 (Exhibit A, Page No. 10) seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Peon and if the said proposal is pending with respondent no. 2 then respondent no. 2 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
