The petitioners in this petition are seeking transfer as per their choice posting on the premise that they have been working in Tribal area (PESA). They claim to be residents of Sakri Taluka which comes under that area. Their representations (Exhibit - D) are pending with the respondent No.3. The learned advocate who appears for the respondent Nos.3 and 4, on instructions, submits that appropriate orders would be passed on the petitioners representations.

In view of such statement, we dispose of the writ petition by 1/2
