The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had applied to the Sub Divisional Officer, Rahuri for issuance of tribe certificate after the order of the Scrutiny Committee. The learned counsel further submits that he has no instructions whether the tribe certificate is issued to the petitioner.

In case, the application of the petitioner is not decided by respondent no.3, then the same shall be decided within one month.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
