It is brought to my notice that, in companion matters, this Court (Coram: Shri. V.K. Jadhav, J.) on 29.04.2016 has passed an order permitting the claimants therein to withdraw the deposited amount on certain conditions. Learned Counsel for the applicant prayed for passing similar order in the present matter also. Hence, the following order is passed.

ORDER

1.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The applicant is further permitted to withdraw the remaining 50% amount on furnishing solvent surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Civil application stands disposed of.
