These applications are for restoration of the first appeal by quashing and setting aside the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this court 31-10-2023 by which conditional order was passed granting time to remove the office objections.

Since objections could not be removed within stipulated time, registration of the appeals is refused. 3.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that now objections will be removed within two weeks from today. 4.

In view of above, the applications stand allowed subject to removal of office objections within two weeks from today.

If the office objections are removed, the appeals shall stand restored to its original position.
