The learned Prosecutor submits, on instructions, from the Station House Officer, Manwat Police Station, that pursuant to our order dated 09.02.2021, the family of the accused was contacted and the son of the accused has supplied a photostat copy of the Death Certificate of the accused Keshav Bhimrao Dahe. Nevertheless, the learned Prosecutor submits that he would tender an attested copy of the Death Certificate in the Appeal Section of this Court within one week.

In view of the above, this appeal is disposed off as being abated. The learned Prosecutor is at liberty to file the attested copy of the Death Certificate of the accused Keshav Dahe in the Appeal Section of this court, within ten (10) days.
