Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and respondentAcquiring Body. It has been submitted that respondent - Acquiring Body has deposited the entire decreetal amount as ordered by the learned Reference Court, therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the application and the same deserves to be disposed of. 2.
In view of the aforesaid submission, there is no necessity to issue directions to the respondent- Acquiring Body for depositing amount, hence, application stands disposed of accordingly. 3.
