PER COURT :- On 9.9.2019, we had passed the following order:- " 1.

The matter was circulated for urgent admission. When the matter was called out in the morning session, none appears for petitioners and it was kept back.

In the afternoon session also when the matter is called out, none appears for petitioners. The award is passed in the year 2003. According to petitioners, 1 H 15 R land of petitioners is acquired, but in the Award only 97R land of petitioners is said to be effected. The representation is made, however, the same is not decided. 3.

It appears that, after the Award is passed in the year 2003, for the first time application is made in the year 2018. We do not find any plausible reason explaining delay and laches. 4.

As none appears for petitioners, stand over to 23.09.2019. 5.

If on the next date, matter is not worked out, we would be

Today also, none appears for the petitioners. Writ petition is dismissed.
