For the reasons recorded in order dated 4th August, 2017

{2} wp7847-17 passed in writ petition No. 5740 of 2017, writ petition No. 8011 of 2017 stands rejected and writ petition No. 7847 of 2017 stands partly allowed to the extent that goods be delivered to defendant No. 3 on submission of warehouse receipts and payment of charges due till the date of demand i.e. 13th July, 2017. Further, charges in respect of the period from 14th July, 2015 to the date of release of goods be deposited by defendant No. 3 in the trial court and its fate would be decided upon adjudication by the trial court as referred to in order in writ petition No. 5740 of 2017.
