Issue notice to the respondents. Learned Additional Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondent nos. 1 and 2. Mr. Shelke, learned counsel waives service of notice for respondent nos. 3 and 4.

Mr. Kshirsagar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner at

2 wp 8228.18 present is seeking only limited relief that the Chief Executive Officer be directed to decide the representation filed by the petitioner with regard to the transfer.

We have heard learned counsel Mr. Shelke for respondent nos. 3 and 4.

As the only limited relief is sought, we are not going into the merits of the matter.

Respondent no. 3 may decide the representation filed by the petitioner, as permissible in law and policy within three (3) months from today.

The writ petition is disposed of.

No costs.
