Heard the learned counsel for the applicants, learned APP for the respondent-State and learned counsel for the first informant/injured.

The applicants seek bail in Crime No.70 of 2024, registered with Peth Beed Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324 and 506 of the IPC.

The applicants were not named in the First Information Report. However, in a supplementary statement, the allegations

have been levelled against them that when the injured called his father and informed that the main accused tried to kill him by vehicle. They were not captured in CCTV footage. However, they are tried to link them with the offence having one earlier incident. Nothing is recovered from them. Whether the earlier incident has connection with the present crime is a matter of merit. There is nothing at this juncture that they have actually participated in the crime nor they were found present on the spot of the incident.

For the above reasons, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant No.1. SHAIKH SHABBIR SHAIKH NIJAM and 2. SHAIKH SHAKIL SHAIKH NIJAM be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of like amount each, on the following conditions :

(a) They shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) They shall attend the Police Station as and when called by the Investigating Officer on written notice till filing of the charge sheet. (iii) Criminal Application No.2585 of 2024 stands disposed of.
