Mrs. S.D. Tambat (Dhumal), learned Advocate for respondent nos.1 to 3, has pointed out the Pursish dated 13th June 2016 filed by the learned Advocate who represented the petitioner. In the Pursish, it is stated that the petitioner has died on 4th March 2010.
