Civil Application No. 9963/2016 is filed for modification of the judgment and order of this Court delivered in First Appeal No. 37/2007 with Civil Application No. 187/2016. The learned counsel for applicant submits that matter was decided by Claims Tribunal, 'Jalna' and not by 'Parbhani', but by mistake it is mentioned that the matter is decided by Claims Tribunal, 'Parbhani' in first para of the judgment.
