Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail in connection with the present crime since 21.6.2020 and the trial yet not commenced, the applicant may be granted liberty to file an application for regular bail before the Sessions Court if the trial is not commenced within a reasonable time.

In view of above submission, the applicant is at liberty to file an application for regular bail before the Sessions Court in the event if the trial is not commenced within a period of one year from today. ( V. K. JADHAV, J.) rlj/
