This is an application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.I-139 of 2017, registered with Rahata Police Station, Taluka Rahata, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 408, 409 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3 of M. P. I. D. Act. 2.

Heard. Perused the First Information Report (FIR) and related papers.

The applicant was arrested in connection with four different crimes. Admittedly, this Court has been granted him bail for

2 BA-1216-2020.doc a period of 90 days on health ground. It is, therefore, desirable to grant the applicant temporary bail in this crime, as well. The duration of the temporary bail shall be co-terminus with that of temporary bail granted in other three crimes. The application is thus, allowed in following terms.

(i) The applicant be released on temporary bail in connection with Crime No.I-139 of 2017, registered with Rahata Police Station, Taluka Rahata, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 408, 409 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3 of M. P. I. D. Act, on executing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) with surety in the like amount.

(ii) The duration of this temporary bail is co-terminus with the bail granted to the applicant in Bail Application No.488 of 2020 on 30.09.2020.
