By this petition, the Petitioner is seeking direction in respect of certificate issued by the Labour Court for recovery of dues as arrears of land revenue.

It is evident that in the scheme of things it is for the Petitioner to approach the concerned Labour Court to ensure that recovery is made in real terms as per the recovery certificates issued by the said Court. 3.

The petition in such circumstances cannot be entertained. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the concerned Labour Court to take steps in the matter in accordance with law.
