CORAM : A.V.NIRGUDE & V.K.JADHAV, JJ.

DATED :

13.10.2015 P.C. :- 1.

The petitioners are working as teaching and nonteaching staff members in school run by respondent No.7. They alleged that eventhough they were appointed in 20002001, the school management did not pay them any salary till 2006. The grant-in-aid was provided to the school by Union of India by implementing certain scheme. The petitioners alleged further that even thereafter they were not regularly paid salary. Respondent No.1-Union of India clarified its position, saying that grant-in-aid was given to respondent Nos.7-then Secretary of the school which run the school. The petitioners further

( 2 ) wp7001.10 mentioned that they made grievance in writing to various authorities including respondent Nos. 4,5 & 6, but so far no salary was provided to them.

2.

We are not going into disputed facts such as whether salary was paid or not and whether salary was paid regularly or not. Such grievance can be made before appropriate authority. It seems that respondent No.6 is the appropriate authority who would look into grievance of the petitioner and take further steps, if required against respondent No.7. The petitioners are at liberty to furnish copy of their representation to respondent No.6 within two weeks from today and the same shall be considered on merit by respondent No.6 within six weeks thereafter.

3.

With above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
