Heard all learned Counsel for appearing parties. Under this petition, petitioner requests appointment of an Administrator over Respondent No.5 - Trust and alternatively Respondent No.9 - Assistant Charity Commissioner be directed to dispose of pending change reports expeditiously.

Petition had been pending since 2014 and report had been called from Respondent No.9 which has been received by the learned Assistant Government Pleader in this month. Perusal of report shows that the matter is getting delayed for the applications pursuant to Section 73 of Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950 and orders on such 1 / 2

Report also refers to that while authorities are directed to dispose of the matter expeditiously, on every date few applications under Section 73A of Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950 are being filed as interested parties and the matter is getting prolonged.

Having regard to aforesaid, while change reports from 2010 to 2016 are pending, same be proceeded with irrespective of the applications under Section 73A of Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950 which would henceforth be filed since the matter is getting prolonged due to new applications. It is hoped that change reports would be proceeded with as early as possible and would be disposed of preferably within a period of six months. With aforesaid, writ petition accordingly is disposed of.
